2 Pros and Cons
Pros: (of the smaller classes)
1. Students will have more individual attention and can interact with the teacher and class.
2. With less time disciplining children there is more to time to teach and for kids to soak up information.
Cons: (size doesn’t matter)
1. It is not practical for most schools to hire more teachers for smaller classes.
2. Class size matters but teacher effectiveness matters on a much larger scale.
